Return & Exchange Policy
We follow a No Return & No Exchange policy for all our products.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Complaints can be sent via WhatsApp, phone call, or email to our customer care team.
- Proof of defect/damage (such as images or video) must be shared while raising the complaint.
- Only defective products are eligible for exchange — no returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as dislike of product, size issues, or color variation.
- Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
