Cancellation Policy

At Reva Boutique, we always prioritize customer satisfaction. Our cancellation policy is simple and transparent:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a No Return & No Exchange policy for all our products.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Complaints can be sent via WhatsApp, phone call, or email to our customer care team.

  • Proof of defect/damage (such as images or video) must be shared while raising the complaint.

  • Only defective products are eligible for exchange — no returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as dislike of product, size issues, or color variation.

  • Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable, except in cases where the order is canceled before shipping.

  • In case of a defective product, we offer exchange only (no refunds).


Payment Failure & Auto-Refund

  • In rare cases, if the payment is deducted from your account but the order is not generated due to technical issues or payment gateway errors, don’t worry.

  • As per Razorpay’s guidelines, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • If the refund does not reflect in your account after this period, please contact your bank/payment provider for assistance.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days.

  • Domestic Delivery: 4–5 days after dispatch.

  • International Delivery: 7–10 days after dispatch.

  • For stitched/customized orders, an additional 3–4 days may be required.


Important Notes

  • Our products are handcrafted and handmade, so slight variations in color, motifs, or texture are natural and not considered defects.

  • Color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution will not qualify as defects.

  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
